History of the building

We are located at 1225 N. Logan St. which, up until a few years ago, was the oldest flower shop in Denver. The Building was built in 1872 and still has all of the original charm of its period. Stop by and you will be blown away by the original detail, including an intricate inlaid ceiling and historic tile. Built by Albert E. Mauff, this beautiful Victorian house used to have extensive green houses that spread north up to 13th Street. Eventually, they were torn down and replaced with apartment buildings, which created a visible difference in the architecture of the area. The east side of Logan street is dominated by Victorian houses, where the west side is predominately newer construction. That means that Fleur Bistro has literally shaped the street it was built on, and we are proud to bring new life to such a wonderful and historic piece of Denver.
