No words really can describe the internal and external ambiance to this diamond in the rough. Fleur Bistro has been my little home away from home. great happy hour, excellent dishes and the staff couldn’t be more friendly. i will always be a fan thank you for inviting me into your family.

Amazing food. And simple and tasteful selection on wine. Beautiful decor and a friendly staff. Its a nice little hidden gem on caphill.

Had their Lemon Marinated Chicken Breast Sandwich after participating in the 2011 Colorado AIDS Walk. Fleur Bistro had a concession stand at the event. The sandwich was delicious!!!! Grabbed one of their menus and it looks fantastic. I’m visiting Denver and flying out in two days but will make a point of hitting their restaurant before I leave.

Very enjoyable Sunday brunch.  Temperatures in the mid – 60′s and bottomless Mimosa’s and Bloody Mary’s definitely added to the vibe.  The smoked salmon omelet was complimented nicely by the potato pie.  We’ll be back Fleur sure!

WOW – I read about this on Yelp and thought we’d try it out for brunch. Brunch was AMAZING and we can’t wait to go there for Happy Hour and dinner. Perfect spot to hit before going to the Denver Art Museum!

We had a great time and had great service. The menu was wonderful and creative. We highly recommend the Caprese Springrolls.

I keep coming back for the staff and the great food. I can’t believe how beautiful this restaurant is.
