A little bit of nutmeg and a fragrant floral aroma make this a really interesting Zinfandel.  It also has aromas of plum, raspberry and tomato leaf, giving Brazin outstanding complexity.  The flavors are blackberry jam, dark chocolate and a good kick of spice.

Classic Merlot varietal character-soft and supple with delightful aromas of sweet berry fruits, rose petals and spice. Ripe sweet plums on the palate together with gentle tannins leads to a lovely soft finish.

Coyote Creek Cabernet

This is our house red. It is $7 a glass and $5 during happy hour.

Aromas of cassis, dark plum, wild berry and dried herbs are found on the nose of Coyote Creek Cabernet Sauvignon.  This range from fruity to savory characters extends to the palate, which exhibits crushed berry, blackcurrant, and plum flavors .  A lovely soft mouthfeel and a lingering finish complete this well-balanced and full-bodied wine.
